clean room great location present elevator
The room was clean and recently updated. I liked that. the location is close to paddington station. plus, there is an elevator present.
the breakfast had a slightly limited selection.

modern room helpful staff daily cleaning
the newly renovated room was super modern! it was also well equipped. there was daily cleaning, and they did a really great job. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The reception is open 24 hours, very convenient. It facilitates entry and exit at any time. the staff members are attentive! they offered to store our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city more easily on our last day.

The location is great. Buses stop practically at the door, and it's a 10-minute walk to the metro station. there is a supermarket very close to the accommodation, as well as some fast-food chains. it is convenient.

the proximity to the tube station was a significant advantage (it made getting around very easy). staff was always friendly. the room was very clean and well-kept.

the room had air conditioning. the room was well-lit. the bathroom was also well-lit (very convenient). the staff was helpful. daily cleaning was provided. they did a great job with it.
the walk to paddington station took 15-20 minutes.

convenient location needed room available staff dirty room dust issue cigarette smell
the location was convenient for me. the room had everything i needed. the staff were always available if i needed assistance. the shower was warm.
the room was dirty with dust. it smelled like cigarette. i did not like that.
